Japan trying to cross-breed cows and whales

This is almost too bizarre to believe. The Japanese are experimenting with a cross breeding program to produce minke whale and cow hybrids to justify the continuation of whaling. The mind boggles at the possibilities. How big would the milking stool have to be?
